Province/state remit-to addresses  

If customers in different states and provinces are required to remit their payments to different physical locations, those addresses should be set up here.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Geographic | Provinces/States.
   • The Display Province/State screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Province/State change screen appears.
3. Right-click on the province or state and select Address (Remit To).
   • The Invoice "Remit To" Address change screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Address is the street and/or mailing address, including any applicable box numbers.

   City is the name of the city.

   Prov/State is the province or state the remit-to address is located in. You can click on the Prompt button to select the province or state from a list.

   Postal/Zip is the postal or zip code for the address.

5. Click Enter to save the address.
6. Click Exit to return to the Edit Province/State change screen.
7. Click Exit to return to the menu.
