Countries table  

If products will be purchased from, or services sold to, other countries, those countries must be set up. At the very least, your country of origin must be identified.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Geographic | Countries.
    • The Display Country screen appears.
  2. Click Change .
    • The Edit Country change screen appears.
  3. Click Add .
    • The Edit Country add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Code is a 3-character code, usually the internationally recognized postal abbreviation, identifying a country the company does business with.

    Description is the name of the country.

  5. Click Enter to save the countries.
  6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
