Counties table  

Counties are used on the address for parking locations.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Geographic | Counties.
   • The Display Counties screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Maintain Counties change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Maintain Counties add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Province/State is the province or state in which the county is located. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the province or state from a list.

   County is a code identifying a particular county.

   Description is the name of the county.

5. Click Enter to save the counties.
