Fuel tanks and pumps table  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Tank and Pump Maintenance.
    • The Edit Fuel Tank change screen appears.
  2. Click Add .
    • The Edit Fuel Tank add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Facility is the facility containing the fuel tank. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

    Tank is a sequential number that identifies a particular tank within the facility.

    Item identifies what the tank contains. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the fuel item from a list.

    Capacity is the maximum amount the tank can hold of the selected item, in the units of measure associated with the item.

  4. Click Enter to save the tanks.
  5. Click Change to return to the Edit Fuel Tank change screen.
  6. To work with pumps attached to a tank:
    1. Right-click on the tank and select Attached Pumps.
      • The Edit F-Fuel Island Pump change screen appears.
    2. Click Add .
      • The Edit F-Fuel Island Pump add screen appears.
    3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

      Facility is the facility at which the pump is located. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

      Pump Nbr is a sequential number that uniquely identifies the pump attached to the tank.

      Meter UOM is the unit of measure used to measure the contents of the pump. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

      Tank Nbr is a sequential number that identifies the specific tank that the pump is associated with within the facility.

    4. Click Enter to save the pumps.
    5. Click Exit to return to the Edit Fuel Tank change screen.
  7. Click Exit to return to the menu.
