Fuel products table  

Fuel products are anything sold at the fuel island, e.g. fuel, windshield wiper fluid, oil). All products must be pre-defined as items on the Item Master; this allows Enrich to keep track of purchasing, sales, and inventory levels. An unlimited number of fueling products can be defined.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Products, Cost & Pricing.
   • The Fuel Island Products change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Fuel Island Products add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Facility is the facility at which the product is available. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Product is the fuel island product available at the facility. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the product from a list.

   Fuel Tax Related flags whether or not the item is to be used in the Fuel Tax Processing module, if that module is installed. Typically, this would just be fuel items. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the products.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
