Shop supply rates  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Shops.
   • The Display Shops screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Shops change screen appears.
3. Right-click on the shop and select Shop Rates.
   • The Edit Shop Rates change screen appears.
4. Click Add .
   • The Edit Shop Rates add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Effective Date is the date the shop charge goes into effect. It can be a future date.

   Shop Supply Rate is the rate charged for shop supplies, to 2 decimal places.

6. Click Enter to save the shop rate.
7. Click Change to return to the Edit Shop Rates change screen appears.
8. If other charges will be applied with the shop supply rate:
   1. Right-click on the rate and select Other Charges.
      • The Edit Shop Other Charges change screen appears.
   2. Click Add .
      • The Edit Shop Other Charges add screen appears.
   3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

      Component identifies the system, assembly, and part for which the charge will be applied. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the component from a list.

      Rate Type flags how the rate is applied: fixed or based on quantity. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the rate type from a list.

      Charge Rate is the rate to charge if the specified component is used on a work order, to 2 decimal places.

   4. Click Enter to save the charges.
   5. Click Exit to return to the Edit Shop Rates change screen.
9. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
