Print overrides for a facility  

Special printing requirements can be set up for specified reports at any facility.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facilities.
    • The Display Facility screen appears.
  2. Click Change .
    • The Edit Facility change screen appears.
  3. Right-click on the facility that will have overrides and select Print Overrides.
    • The Facility Print Overrides change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The Facility Print Overrides add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Copies is the number of copies of the report that should be printed.

    Hold File flags whether or not the output file should be placed on hold, requiring manual release to a printer. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

    Output Priority is the priority that should be assigned to the output job. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the priority from a list.

    Output Queue identifies the output queue the report should be directed to.

    Program identifies the report that the print override is for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the program from a list; the selection list appears in alphabetical order by program name (AMAPPFK, ADM0PFK, etc.).

    Save File flags whether or not the output file should be saved, allowing a later reprint. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the flag from a list.

    User Data is an optional identifier for the print job that will show up on the output queue.

  6. Click Enter to save the print overrides.
  7. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
