PM letters for a facility  

This option allows you to set up and maintain sections of the PM customer and dealer letters for a facility.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facilities.
    • The Display Facility screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the facility and select PM Letters.
    • The PM Letters display screen appears.
  3. Click on the letter section you wish to work with.
    • The PM Letters display screen for that section appears.
  4. Click Change .
    • The PM Letters change screen appears.
  5. Type in the text you wish to have in that letter section.
  6. Click Enter to save.
  7. Click Exit twice to return to the Display Facility screen.
