Enrich EMMS Online Help

Link a holiday calendar to a facility  

Holiday calendars are set up in the Lease Rental module of Enrich, and may or may not be required. If set up, you can link them to specific facilities.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facilities.
   • The Display Facility screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Facility change screen appears.
3. Right-click on the facility and select Holiday.
   • The Edit Facility Holiday Calendar screen appears.
4. Type in or select the Holiday Calendar - the calendar listing holidays for the facility. Holiday calendars are set up in the Lease Rental module of Enrich.
5. Click Enter to save the calendar.
6. Click Exit to return to the Edit Facility change screen.
