Facility warehouses  

This option defines the link between a physical facility and the warehouse where its inventory is commonly taken from. Both the primary and service warehouse links must be defined for each facility; they can be the same. The service warehouse is used to define which warehouse the fueling lane is associated with. Set up the service warehouse to hold the inventory of each item sold at the fuel islands.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facility Warehouses.
   • The Facility Warehouse Defaults display screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Facility Warehouse Defaults change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Facility Warehouse Defaults add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Facility is the facility the warehouse is associated with. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Whs Type identifies whether the warehouse is primary or service. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the type from a list.

   Warehouse is the warehouse to be associated with the specified facility. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the warehouse from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the information.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
