Facility types table  

The facility type is primarily used for the Shop Work Desk function. Non-Shop Work Desk clients can use the type if they wish to take advantage of it for their own external reporting.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facility Types.
   • The Facility Types display screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Maintain Facility Types change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Maintain Facility Types add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Facility Type is a code identifying a specific kind of facility, e.g. COMM for a commercial facility, FUEL for a fuel facility.

   Description is a brief description of the facility type.

5. Click Enter to save the facility types.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
