Facility locations are defined for equipment for two reasons. For physical locations, the province or state of the facility is required in order for taxes to be calculated correctly when charging labor and parts expenses to equipment. When defining locations for assigned vehicle facilities (i.e. cost centers), only define those that are for provincially based vehicles. Facilities that are considered interprovincial should NOT be entered in this table. This indicates to Enrich that charges for the vehicle will be based on interprovincial rates.
Address is the street or mailing address of the location.
City is the city the location is in.
Contact is the name of the person who can be contacted at the facility location if problems or questions arise.
Facility is the facility that the location applies to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.
Phone Number is the telephone number of the contact person at the location. There are 22 free-format spaces that allow you to add area code, country code, or any other relevant information.
Postal/Zip is the postal or zip code for the location.
Prov/State is the province or state the location is in. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the province or state from a list.
Shop Invoice API Name is the name of the API file that contains the format for shop invoices, if required.
Type identifies the kind of location this is. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the type from a list.
