Delete a facility
- At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facilities.
- The Display Facility screen appears.
- Click Change .
- The Edit Facility change screen appears.
- Right-click on the facility and select Delete.
- The Confirm Delete Facility enter screen appears.
- If necessary, change the Reference Checks selection.
- Click Enter .
- The system will check table file references and transaction file references and send a message if the file contains a reference to the facility being deleted.
- A message will be sent after the first file reference is found and then the system will stop checking.
- If you want to see all the files that contain a reference, change the checking option to be Check for All Errors. You will then see multiple messages on the bottom of the screen for each file and you can page through them.
