3C comments for a facility  

This option allows you to identify whether or not 3C comments (complaint/cause/correction) will be used at a facility.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Location | Facility | Facilities.
   • The Display Facility screen appears.
2. Right-click on the facility and select 3C Comments.
   • The 3C Comments at Facility enter screen appears.
3. If necessary, change the Yes/No/No Selection flag as required.
   • This selection will override the warranty business parameter.
4. Click Enter to save any changes.
5. Click Exit to return to the Display Facility screen.
