P&L CPM report definitions  

The report definition serves as a link between the individual P&L report run options and a P&L line format. Reports can be associated with a user group so that only users in that group have the authority to run that particular P&L report.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | P&L CPM Reports | P&L Report Table Setup | Work With Report Definitions.
    • The Work With P&L CPM Report Definitions change screen appears.
  2. Click Add .
    • The Work With P&L CPM Report Definitions add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Report ID is a unique code used to identify a specific report definition.

    Description is a brief description of the report definition.

    Line Format is a line format to use in the report definition. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the line format from a list.

    User Group is a specific group of users who will have access to this report definition. Leave blank for all. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the group from a list.

  4. Click Enter to save the report definitions.
