P&L CPM equipment group lists  

When running a P&L report, you have the option of selecting a single equipment group, all equipment groups, or a list of equipment groups. An equipment group list can be used to define which equipment groups are to be included in the P&L reports.

You may need to set up equipment group lists if you do not use a coding system that reflects year, make, model, etc.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | P&L CPM Reports | P&L Report Table Setup | Equipment Group Lists.
    • The Work With Lists - Equipment Group screen appears.
  2. Click Add .
    • The Add List screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    List Code is a code used to identify a specific equipment group.

    Description is a brief description of the equipment group list.

  4. Click Enter .
    • The Edit Equipment Group List add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Equipment Group is a particular grouping of equipment to be included on the list. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the group from a list.

  6. Click Enter to save the list.
