Maintenance source table  

If equipment units are not maintained by the assigned facility, the maintenance source must be identified.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Equipment | Maintenance Source.
    • The Equipment Maintenance Source change screen appears.
  2. Click Add .
    • The Equipment Maintenance Source add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Source is a code identifying a company or facility that maintains equipment units.

    Description is the name of the maintenance source.

    Unit # is a specific equipment unit that is maintained by the specified source. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

    Vendor is an outside vendor that provides the maintenance. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the vendor from a list.

    Facility is a facility that provides the maintenance. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

    Employee is an employee who provides the maintenance. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the employee from a list.

  4. Click Enter to save the maintenance sources.
  5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
