Fuel card issue reasons table  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Customer | Card Management | Issue Reasons.
   • The Issue Reasons change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Issue Reasons add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Issue Reason is a code identifying a particular reason a fuel card would be issued.

   Description is a brief description of the issue reason.

4. Click Enter to save the reasons.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
