Customer class packages table  

This table allows you to view maintenance packages that have been set up for a customer class. You can also access the work with packages functions.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Customer | Customer Classes.
    • The Edit Customer Classes change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer class and select Customer Class Packages.
    • The Customer Class Packages display screen appears, listing the packages assigned to the class.
  3. To work with packages, click Go To Packages.
