Customer class incremental hours table

It is possible to have the hours billed on a shop invoice be calculated based on a quantity entered on a work order line. For example, bill 3 hours for the first 4 feet of a container repair and 1/2 hour for every additional foot. In order to do this, incremental hours must be defined at the customer or customer class level.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Customer | Customer Classes.
    • The Edit Customer Classes change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer class and select Incremental Hours.
    • The Customer Class Incremental Hours display screen appears.
  3. If necessary, click Show All/Selected to view all tasks.
  4. Right-click on the task to have incremental hours and select Change.
    • The Incremental Hours add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.
