Warehouse accounts table  

Enrich looks for the following account types in this table:

• accrued liability
• inventory
• accounts payable
• discount
• US exchange
• work in progress
• cost of goods sold

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Defaults | Warehouse Accounts.
   • The Edit Warehouse Account Defaults change screen appears.
2. Click Add .
   • The Edit Warehouse Account Defaults add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Warehouse is the warehouse that will use the specified account. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the warehouse from a list.

   Account is a generic type of account that the GL account will be used for; e.g. accounts payable, accrued liability, etc. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the account type from a list.

   G/L Account is the general ledger account to which accounts of the specified type at the specified warehouse will be coded. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the GL account from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the defaults.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
