Copy accounts by facility

This function allows you to copy account default tables for clients with the user-defined GL account structure in Enrich. When the Enrich GL account structure is user-defined, a new prompt showing the GL account mask is displayed. Enter the original and new facility ID codes, optionally, original and new division codes, and the placement of these fields within the GL account mask.

Division codes are Enrich Financials data elements that can be reflected in the GL account number.

For each of the account default table entries, substitution of the facility ID and division codes determines the new GL account. If the new GL account exists in the Enrich GL chart of accounts, the new account default table entry will be created.

At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Defaults | Copy Accounting Tables Menu | Copy Accounts by Facility.
- The Copy Facility GL Accounts enter screen appears.
To use a facility list for the copy:
1. Click Select Facility List .
  - The Select Facility List screen appears.
2. Right-click on the facility list you wish to use and select Select.
  - You return to the Copy Facility GL Accounts enter screen, with the List field filled in.
3. Fill in the remaining fields as required.
4. Click Enter .
  - A job will be submitted for each facility in the facility list.
  - If the original facility or the HO facility is included in the isst, they will not have a job submitted.
  - Only facilities with the same company number as the original facility will be submitted.
To perform the copy without using a facility list, fill in the fields as required.
Original Facility identifies the facility whose GL codes will be copied. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility.

New Facility identifies the facility that the GL codes will be copied to. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility. Note that you can enter ALL in this field. If so, when youn click Enter, a job will be submitted for each facilityb with the same company number as the original facility. The original facility or the HO facilitybwill not be submitted. Only facilities with the same company number as the original facility will be submitted.

Copy GL Accounts Containing Head Office Facility identifies whether or not GL accounts containing the head office facility should be copied.

Head Office Facility is the head office facility. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility.

GL Account Mask is a mask identifying where the facility ID is in the GL account code. Only accounts that match the specific pattern specified here will be copied.

Copy Exactly allows you to copy all the accounting from one facility to a new facility, without the facility being part of the GL account number. It will copy the whole GL account number.

Copy Item Category/Shop GL Accounts flags whether or not the item category and/or the shopn GL accounts should be copied.

Copy Facility GL Accounts flags whether or not the facility accounts should be copied.

Copy Work Order GL Accounts flags whether or not the work order accounts should be copied.

Copy VMRS GL Accounnts flags whether or not the VMRS accounts should be copied.

Copy Facility Inventory Adjustment Codes flags whether or not the inventory adjustment codes should be copied.

Copy Facility Special Charge Types flags whether or not the secial charge type codes should be copied.

Copy Warehouse GL Accounts flags whether or ot the warehouse accounts should be copied.

Copy Charge Code GL Accounts flags whether or not the charge code accounts should be copied.

Copy Pool/Financier GL Accounts flags whether or not the pool/financier accounts should be copied.

Copy Fuel Billing Type GL Accounts flags whether or not the fule billing accounts should be copied.

Copy Facility/External (SAP) Mapping flags whether or not the facility/external (SAP) mapping should be copied.
Click Enter to copy the accounts.
