Copy accounts by equipment pool

This function allows you to copy accounts from one pool to another.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Defaults | Copy Accounting Tables Menu | Copy Accounts by Equipment Pool.
   • The Copy Equipment Pool Accounts enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   From Equipment Pool identifies the equipment pool whose GL codes will be copied. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt  button to select the pool from a list.

   To Equipment Pool identifies the equipment pool that the GL codes will be copied to. You can click on the Prompt  button to select the pool from a list.

   From GL Account Mask identifies the character positions with the numeric value to be replaced.

   To GL Account Mask identifies the character positions to replace.

   Copy Exactly allows you to copy all the accounting from one pool to a new pool. It will copy the whole GL account number.

   Copy Charge Code GL Accounts flags whether or not the charge code accounts should be copied.

   Copy Facility GL Accounts flags whether or not the facility accounts should be copied.

   Copy Fuel Billing Type GL Accounts flags whether or not the fuel billing accounts should be copied.

3. Click Enter to copy the accounts.
