Minor codes table  

Minor codes are often the natural account (e.g. accounts receivable, earnings receivable, trucks, buildings) -- how money and the value of things are identified on the trial balance. These are usually identified and set up in conjunction with your accounting department.

If Enrich Financials is installed, this table will not be accessible here.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Chart of Accounts | Minor Codes.
   • The Display Minor screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Minor change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Edit Minor add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Minor is a code identifying a natural account.

   Description is a description of the minor account.

5. Click Enter to save the new minors.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
