Enrich EMMS Online Help

Company table  

The company running this software must be identified to the Enrich EMMS system. As well, any subsidiaries or companies related to this company that will also be using the Enrich software should be set up.

If your company operates in two or more countries, it may be advisable to set up one company per country in this table. This will allow you to use different currencies and units of measure for each country.

Note that this function cannot be used if Enrich Financials is installed. Company setup in Financials is done through the reference files.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Charge of Accounts | Company Codes.
   • The Display Company screen appears.
2. Click Change .
   • The Edit Company change screen appears.
3. Click Add .
   • The Edit Company add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Company is a 3-character code identifying a company, related company, or subsidiary within or serviced by the company operating this Enrich software.

   Description is the name of the company.

5. Click Enter to save the new companies.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
