Affiliates table  

This table allows you to set up and maintain affiliate information for a company.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Accounting | Charge of Accounts | Company Codes.
    • The Display Company screen appears.
  2. Click Change .
    • The Edit Company change screen appears.
  3. Right-click on the company and select Change Affiliate Detail.
    • The Edit Affiliate change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The Edit Affiliate add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Affiliate is a code identifying a particular customer company that is also an affiliate. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the affiliate from a list.

    Co is the company the customer is associated with. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the company from a list.

    Customer is the customer that the affiliate belongs to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the customer from a list.

  6. Click Enter to save the affiliates.
    • They will disappear from the Add screen.
  7. Click Exit to return to the Edit Company change screen.
