Copies is the number of copies of the report to print.
Date From / To are the start and end dates of the period to report on. It defaults to a one month period ending on the current date, but can be changed.
Detail/Summary identifies whether to generate a detail or summary report.
Download identifies whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.
Duplex identifies whether the report should print on both sides of the page.
Equipment Group is a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.
Exclude PM WO Lines identifies whether or not to exclude preventive maintenance program work order lines from the report.
Facility ID Code is a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.
Hold identifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.
Output Queue is the output queue in which the report should be placed. It defaults to your regular output queue.
Save identifies whether the report should be saved in the output queue after printing.
Show Related Instances identifies whether or not the report should show related instances.
Task Codes is an unlimited number of tasks to include or exclude from the report. Leave blank for all. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the tasks from a list.

Unit Number is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.
User Data allows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up in the output queue. It is optional.
VMRS Codes is an unlimited number of VMRS codes to include or exclude from the report. Leave blank for all. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the VMRS codes from a list.
VMRS Codes To identifies whether the specified VMRS codes should be included or excluded from the report.
