Repair facility performance report  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Repair Facility Performance.
    • The Repair Facility Performance Report enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list. Only information for units that were assigned to this facility for a portion or all of the given date range will be reported.

    Date Range is the start and end dates of the period to report on. These dates will be compared to the open or close dates of the work orders, as selected by the radio buttons.

    Department is up to 6 departments or shops to report on. At least one Facility or Department is required. If you enter just a facility, all departments at that facility will be included. If you enter just a department, all facilities that have that department will be included. If you enter both, only that department at that facility will be included. You can choose up to 6 departments and facilities, using any combination. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the departments from a list.

    Equipment Group is a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.

    Equipment Type is a specific equipment type to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.

    Facility is up to 6 facilities to report on. At least one of Facility or Department is required. If you enter just a facility, all departments in that facility will be included. If you enter just a department, all facilities that have that department will be included. If you enter both, only that department at that facility will be included. You can choose up to 6 departments and facilities, using any combination. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the facilities from a list.

    Unit Number is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

    Unit Status identifies whether to report on active, void, or inactive units. You can click on the Prompt button to select the status from a list.

  3. Fill in the fields on the tabsfields on the tabs as required.

    By VMRS tab

    Report by VMRS identifies how the VMRS information will be presented in the report: in detail, at an intermediate level, in summary, or not at all.

    Reporting Code is a range of cost types to report on, e.g. shop charges, electrical charges, etc. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the cost types from a list.

    Component Range is a range of components (system, assembly, and part) to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the components from a list.

    Task Range is a range of work tasks to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the tasks from a list.

    Unit Turn Around tab

    Unit Turn Around identifies how the unit turn-around information will be presented on the report: in detail, in summary, or not at all.

    WO Content tab

    WO Content identifies how work order detail information will be presented on the report: in detail, in summary, or not at all.

    Program Count tab

    Program Count identifies how program count information will be presented on the report: in detail, at an intermediate level, in summary, or not at all. For every option except No Report, you may select up to 5 PM program types to report on.

    PM is up to 5 specific preventive maintenance program types to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the PMs from a list.

    Reason tab

    Report by Reason identifies how the work order reason information will be presented on the report: in detail, at an intermediate level, in summary, or not at all. For every option except No Report, up to 5 reason codes may be specified.

    Reason Code is up to 5 specific work order reasons to report on. Leave blank for all. Note that the Reporting Code Range, Component Range, and Task Range fields on the By VMRS tab are not applicable to this report section. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the reasons from a list.

    Technician Performance tab

    Technician Performance identifies how technician performance information will be presented on the report: in detail, at an intermediate level, in summary, or not at all. For every option except No Report, you can select up to 5 employees to report on.

    Employee is up to 5 specific employees to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the employees from a list.

  4. Click Enter .
    • The Confirm prompt appears.
  5. Click Confirm.
    • The Repair Facility Performance report (FNSMPFK) will print on your default printer.
