Labor analysis report  

This report compares standard job time against work order actual time and against work order billed time.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Work Order | Work Orders Labor Analysis.
    • The WO Labor Analysis Report enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Copies is the number of copies of the report to print.

    Date From / To are the start and end dates of the period to report on.

    Date Type flags whether the start and end dates will be matched to the work order close or open date.

    Detail/Summary identifies whether to create a detail or summary report. A summary report never shows individual repair transactions, but stops at the last sorting level; e.g. a report that is requested by facility and equipment type will roll all data within the specified date range together and present average times based on the number of instances of the data within the roll-up, stopping at the equipment type level.

    Download identifies whether the report should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.

    Duplex identifies whether the report should print on both sides of the page.

    Employee is a specific employee to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the employee from a list.

    Equipment Type is a specific type of equipment to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.

    Exclude If No Standard Job Time identifies whether or not to exclude work that doesn't have standard job times set up in the system.

    Facility is a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

    Hold identifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.

    Output Queue identifies which output queue the report should be placed in. It defaults to your regular output queue.

    Save identifies whether the report should be saved in the output queue after printing.

    Sort Order identifies how the report should be sorted. You can click on the Prompt button to select the sort from a list.

    User Data allows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up on the output queue. It is optional.

    VMRS/Task is a specific VMRS and task combination to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the VMRS and task from a list.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Confirm prompt appears.
  4. Click Confirm.
    • The Productivity by Fac/Emp/Eqp Type/VMRS report (F6KJPFK) will print on your default printer.
