Warranty claim listing  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Warranty | Warranty Claim Listing.
    • The Warranty Claim Listing enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list. Only one of Assigned Facility or Region can be entered.

    Claim Status (System) is a specific system claim status to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the status from a list. Valid values are complete, delete, in progress, posted, rejected by branch.

    Claim Status (User) is a specific user-defined status to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the status from a list.

    Claim Type is a specific type of warranty claim to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the claim type from a list.

    Claims Dated From / To are the start and end dates of the range to report on.

    Disposition is a specific part disposition to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the disposition from a list.

    Region is a specific geographic region to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the region from a list. Only one of Assigned Facility or Region can be entered.

    Rejection Code is a specific claim rejection type to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the rejection type from a list.

    Sort By flags whether to sort the report by facility or vendor. You can click on the Prompt button to select the sort from a list.

    Unit is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

    Vendor is a specific vendor to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the vendor from a list.

    Warranty Code is a specific warranty to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warranty from a list.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Claims by Facility report (F7KGPFK) will print on your default printer.
