PM audit trail report  

This report shows an audit trail of PMs that were removed from work orders/work rosters.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Maintenance | Preventive Maintenance | PM Audit Trail Display/Report.
    • The PM Audit Trail enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Date Range From / To are the beginning and ending dates of the range to report on. Values are required.

    Action flags whether to report on work order deletions, work roster deletions, or both. Leave blank for both. You can click on the Prompt button to select the flag from a list.

    Facility is a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

    User is a specific user who removed PMs to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the user from a list.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Confirm prompt appears.
  4. Click Confirm.
    • The PM Audit Trail display screen appears.
  5. Click Print .
    • The PM Audit Trail report (F6N7PFK) will print on your default printer.
