Prohibitions report  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | O Licence (UK) | Reports | Prohibition Report.
   • The Prohibition Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Date From / To are the start and end dates of the range of prohibitions to report on. They are required.

   Entity/Operator is a specific operator to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the entity/operator from a list.

   O Licence Number is a specific O licence to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the licence from a list.

   Operating Centre is a specific operating centre to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the operating centre from a list.

   Traffic Area is a specific traffic area to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the traffic area from a list.

   Transport Manager is a specific transport manager to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the transport manager from a list.

3. Click Enter .
   • The Prohibition Report (OLC5PFK) will print on your default printer.
