O licence outstanding PMs report  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | O Licence (UK) | Reports | O Lic Outstanding PMs Report.
   • The O Lic Outstanding PMs Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Entity/Operator is a specific operator to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the entity/operator from a list.

   PM Category Code is a specific category of PMs to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the category from a list.

   Program is a specific PM program to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the program from a list.

   Sort By identifies whether the report should be sorted by unit or PM/unit.

   Traffic Area is a specific traffic area to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the traffic area from a list.

3. Click Enter .
   • The report will print on your default printer.
