Parts used by WO report  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Material | Parts Used by WO.
    • The Parts Used by WO enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Equipment Type is a specific equipment type or super type to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.

    Facility is the repair facility to report on. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

    Item Category is a specific item category to report on. Only one of part or item category should be entered. If both are entered, item category will be ignored. You can click on the Prompt button to select the item category from a list.

    Part is a specific part to report on. Only one of part or item category should be entered. You can click on the Prompt button to select the part from a list.

    Unit is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

    WO's Dated From / To is the date range to report on. Values are required. You can click on the calendar buttons to select the dates.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Parts Used by Work Order report will print on your default printer.
