Fuel usage report  

Fuel usage reports can only be generated if odometer readings have been entered for each fuel sale. Otherwise there will be no data to report on.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Maintenance | Fuel Island | Fuel Usage Report.
    • The Request Fuel Usage Report enter screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Company is the company to report on. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

    Customer is a specific customer to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer from a list.

    Date From / Date To are the start and end dates of the period to report on.

    Equipment Group is a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.

    Facility is a specific facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

    Fuel Consumption Report identifies whether or not to print a fuel consumption report. At least one of Fuel Consumption Report or Fuel Cost Report must be selected.

    Fuel Cost Report identifies whether or not to print a fuel cost report. At least one of Fuel Consumption Report or Fuel Cost Report must be selected.

    Item Number is a specific item to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the item from a list.

    Report Sequence identifies the sort order that should be used for the report -- facility or customer.

    Unit Number is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

    UOM - Distance identifies which unit of measure should be used for distance. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit of measure from a list.

    UOM - Volume identifies which unit of measure should be used for volumes. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit of measure from a list.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Confirm prompt will appear.
  4. Click Enter .
    • The Fluid Usage Report (TXJ9PFK) will print on your default printer.
