Active Units Only identifies whether or not the report should be limited to active units.
Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.
Billable identifies whether the report should include billable work, non-billable work, or both.
Component Range is a specific range of components to report. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the components from a list.
Copies is the number of copies of the report to print.
Detail Summary identifies whether to print a detail report, a summary report, or both.
Download identifies whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.
Duplex identifies whether the report should print on both sides of the page.
Equipment Group is a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.
Equipment Type is a specific type of equipment to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.
Hold identifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.
Include WO Date To is the end date of a range of work order dates to report on.
Metric is a specific metric to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric from a list.
Output Queue identifies which output queue the report should be placed in. It defaults to your regular queue.
Reason is up to 5 specific repair reason codes to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the reasons from a list.
Save identifies whether the report output should be saved in the output queue after printing.
Task Range is a range of repair tasks to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt buttons to select the tasks from a list.
Total By identifies the level at which totals should be printed: assembly, part, system, or task.
User Data allows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up on the output queue.
