Assigned Facility is a specific assigned facility to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.
Copies is the number of copies of the report to print.
Customer is a specific customer to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer from a list.
Date From / To is the range of dates during which work orders were opened or close that you want to report on.
Detail/Summary identifies whether the report should show detailed information or summary only.
Download Report File flags whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.
Duplex identifies whether the report should be printed on both sides of the page.
Equipment Type is a specific equipment type to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment type from a list.
Hold identifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.
Include Billable/Non-Billable/Both flags the type of work order lines to include on the report.
Include Cost identifies whether or not costs should be included on the report.
Include Maintenance/Fuel/Both flags whether to include maintenance or fuel work orders, or both, on the report.
Metric Type is the type of metric to report on. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric from a list.
Output Queue identifies which output queue the report should be placed in. It defaults to your regular output queue.
Save identifies whether the report should be saved online after it has been printed.
Sort Order identifies how the report should be sorted, by unit or by customer unit.
Unit Number is a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.
User Data allows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up on the output queue.
