Cancelled permits report  

This report is a reconciliation tool for the cancel permit account(s).

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Equipment | Permit Reports | Cancelled Permits Report.
    • The Cancelled Permit Report screen appears.
  2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Cancel Date Range From / To are the earliest and latest permit cancellation dates to report on. If you enter a Date Range here, don't enter a GL Year/Period.

    Cancel GL Year/Period is the GL year and period to report on. You can click on the Prompt button to select the year and period from a list. If you enter a GL Year/Period here, don't enter a Cancel Date Range.

    Permit Type is a specific type of permit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the permit type from a list.

  3. Click Enter .
    • The Confirm prompt appears.
  4. Click Enter .
    • The Cancelled Permits for GL Period report (F7DCPFK) prints on your default printer.
