Customer repair codes and parts report  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Customer | Customer Repair Codes and Parts.
   • The Customer Repair Codes & Items enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Customer is a specific customer to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the customer from a list. Note that the first field of the 3-part field is required; this identifies the company to report on.

   Print Repair Code Listing identifies whether or not to generate a listing of customer repair codes.

   Print Part Number Listing identifies whether or not to generate a listing of customer part numbers.

3. Click Enter .
   • The Confirm prompt appears.
4. Click Confirm.
   • The Customer Repair Codes report (F6IRPFK) and/or the Customer Items report (F6ISPFK) will print on your default printer.
