Vendor contacts  

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Vendor | Vendors.
    • The Work With Vendors display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the vendor and select Change.
    • The Edit Vendor Master change screen appears.
  3. Click Contacts .
    • The Vendor Contacts change screen appears.
  4. Click Add .
    • The Vendor Contacts add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

    Contact Type identifies the type of contact this is. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the contact type from a list. Valid values include:

    • EP - Equipment PO
    • OR - Outside Rental PO
    • PO - Purchase Order
    • TP - Sublet PO
    • AP - to use PF3 form for BACS Notifications
    • AS - Area Service Manager
    • BR - Breakdown contact
    • CO - Call Out contact
    • PL - PM Letter
    • PM - Parts Manager
    • PS - All POs (PO, TP, OR, EP)
    • RD - Rental Desk
    • SD - Service Desk
    • SM - Service Manager
    • WC - Warranty Claim

    Phone is the contact's telephone number.

    Fax is the contact's fax number.

    Pref identifies the person's preferred method of contact. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the preferred method from a list. Valid values are:

    • A - Email attach (MLS)
    • B - batch invoices to a single email
    • C - corporate print
    • E - email
    • H - email hold
    • M - merge into a single PDF
    • P - print
    • T - telephone

    Cell is the contact's cell or mobile number.

    Email is the contact's email address.

  6. Click Enter to save the contacts.
  7. Click Exit to return to the Edit Vendor Master change screen.
