Subset the item list  

This option allows you to limit the list of inventory items by something other than item number, description, and warehouse.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Material | Item Administration | Inventory Items.
   • The Inventory for Warehouse display screen appears.
2. Click Subset .
   • The Item Master Subset screen appears.
3. Fill in the fieldsfields as required; all are optional.

   Description (Contains) is sequential text or numbers that appear anywhere in the item description.

   Description (Starts With) is sequential text or numbers that appear at the beginning of the item description.

   Freeze Flag is a specific freeze flag value of items to list. You can click on the Prompt button to select the freeze flag from a list.

   Item Category is a specific category of items to list. You can click on the Prompt button to select the item category from a list.

   Item Type is a specific item type to list. You can click on the Prompt button to select the item type.

   Product Category is a specific product category to list. You can click on the Prompt button to select the product category from a list.

   Rebuildable identifies whether or not rebuildable items should be included in the list.

   Replenishment identifies the replenishment method of items to be listed.

   Serialized identifies whether or not serialized items should be included in the list.

   Track Multiple Locations - if set to Yes, this will subset to all parts where location tracking has been set up.

4. Click Enter .
   • You return to the Inventory for Warehouse display screen, where the list will be limited to only those items that match the values you entered.
