Equivalent # is the item number that identifies the equivalent item. If the equivalent item is not yet in the item master (i.e. it is not currently stocked, but will be in the future if the current item is no longer available), this is the item number that you will use to identify the item to Enrich when it is set up.

Vendor is the company that supplies the equivalent item. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the vendor from a list.

Manufacturer Name is the company that manufactures the equivalent item.

  7. Click Enter to save the equivalents.
  8. Click Exit four times to return to the menu.
