Add sublet part  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Material | Item Administration | Inventory Items.
   • The Inventory for Warehouse display screen appears.
2. Click All Whs or the All Warehouses button.
   • The Inventory Quantity display screen appears.
3. Click Sublet Parts .
   • The Sublet Parts display screen appears.
4. Click Add .
   • The Maintain Sublet Part add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Part Number is a unique number for the sublet part.

   Description is a brief description of the part that will help distinguish it from other, similar parts.

   Mfg is the manufacturer of the part. You can click on the Prompt button to select the manufacturer from a list.

   VMRS is the VMRS code for the part. You can click on the Prompt button to select the VMRS from a list.

   Warranty is the warranty that covers the part. You can click on the Prompt button to select the warranty from a list.

6. Click Enter to save the part.
   • You return to the Sublet Parts display screen where the new part will be listed.
