View PM information for a unit  

You can view the current status of PMs for a unit at any time. The screen that appears will depend on business parameter settings.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button.
   • The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List.
   • The Equipment Actions screen appears.
3. Click Program Information.
   • The Unit PM Status display screen or the Preventive Maintenance display screen appears, listing all PM assignments for the unit.
4. The options available will depend on the version of the screen you see. You will be able to place a program onto a work order for the unit, view details about a program, view a program's interval details, view trigger information for a program, and view the history of a program.
