View PM audit tracking for a unit  

Any time a unit is assigned to a PM or unassigned from a PM, a record is written in audit tracking. The audit source will be identified as PM/Unit Assigned or PM/Unit Unassigned, as appropriate.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button.
   • The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List.
   • The Equipment Actions screen appears.
3. Click PM Audit Tracking.
   • The PM Tracking Audit display screen appears, listing all PM assignments and unassignments for the unit.
4. To view more information about an even, right-click on the line and select Display.
   • The PM Tracking Audit Detail display screen appears.
