Equipment permit allowance  

This option allows you to work with an equipment unit's permit allowance if the Lease Rental module is not installed.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | Equipment.
   • The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Actions.
   • The Equipment Actions screen appears.
3. Click Permit Allowance.
   • The Unit Permit Allowance display screen appears.
4. Click Change .
   • The Edit Unit Permit Allowance change screen appears.
5. Click Add .
   • The Edit Unit Permit Allowance add screen appears.
6. Fill in the fieldsfields as required.

   Unit Number is the unit the permit allowance is for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

   Permit Type is the type of permit the billback allowance is for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the permit type from a list.

   Allowance Effective Date is the date the permit billback allowance goes into effect.

   Allowance Expiry Date is the date the permit billback allowance will expire. It is optional.

   Billback Allowance is the billback allowance amount to 2 decimal places.

7. Click Enter to save the permit allowances.
