Equipment meter readings  

This option allows you to enter metric readings for a unit.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button.
   • The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Change.
   • The Edit Equipment change screen appears.
3. Click Action List .
   • The Equipment Actions screen appears.
4. Click Metric Readings.
   • The Metric Readings display screen appears.
5. Click Change .
   • The Maintain Readings change screen appears.
6. Change any fieldfield values as required.

   Date is the date the reading was taken.

   LTD Reading is the life-to-date reading on the unit.

   Reading is the actual meter reading.

   Time is the time of day the reading was taken.

   UOM is the unit of measure used for the reading. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

7. Click Enter to save the changes.
8. Click Exit twice to return to the Edit Equipment change screen.
