Change equipment unit
- At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button.
- The Display Equipment screen appears.
- Right-click on the unit and select Change.
- The Edit Equipment change screen appears.
- Make any changes as required.
- Click Enter to save the changes.
- If the facility has been changed and if roster entries exist in Entered status for the unit, the Reassign WR Repair Facility enter screen appears.
- To move all roster entries in Entered status for the unit to the new facility, click Move all WR entries to new facility, then click Enter .
- The roster entries will be moved and the facility change will be completed.
- Any associated work planner entries will also be changed.
- If the department of the roster entry doesn't exist in the new facility, the roster entry will be assigned to the first department it finds in the facility.
- To move Entered roster entries matching the from facility to the new facility, click Move only WR entries matching the "from" facility, then click Enter .
- The appropriate roster entries will be moved and the facility change will be completed.
- Any associated work planner entries will also be changed.
- If the department of the roster entry doesn't exist in the new facility, the roster entry will be assigned to the first department it finds in the facility.
- To leave Entered roster entries for the unit unchanged, click Do not move any WR entries, then click Enter .
- The facility change will be completed, but no roster entries will be changed.
