Subset allowed values for reports  

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | System | Subset Allowed Values for Reports.
   • The Set Selection List for Report enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.
3. Click Enter .
   • Users will be limited in the data they can enter for the specified report.
