Set equipment current value file  

This option allows you to add net book value values to the current equipment value file.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Utilities | Set Equipment Current Value File.
   • The Set Equipment Current Value File screen appears.
2. Click Submit.
   • The following new values are added to the Equipment Current Assignment (Value) file:
     • NBV as of the start of the current contract
     • NBV as of the end of the current contract
     • NBV as of today
     • NBV as of the end of the depreciation schedule (residual)
     • Current monthly depreciation amount
     • Current metric readings
